Young Thug was arrested in Sandy Springs, Ga. by U.S. Marshals early Wednesday (July 15) morning and charged with terroristic threats. TMZ reports that Thugga was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill a mall cop. Thug was reportedly being escorted out by the mall cop— for an undisclosed reason—when Thug allegedly said he will shoot the cop in the face. P&P obtained the official warrant for the incident, which you can see below.

Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, reportedly had an outstanding warrant issued by Dunwoody, Ga. police. "Williams was wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with terroristic threats stemming from an incident that occurred with the jurisdiction of the Dunwoody police," Jim Joyner, spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, said in a news release via the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

According to Joyner, Thug will be taken to the DeKalb County jail for his initial appearance and bond hearing. XXL has reached out to the rapper's camp and will update the story as details surface. Y.T. is currently at the Dekalb County Jail.

Thugger was arrested in Feb. of 2014 in Atlanta for violating numerous traffic laws. Reports claim that he was taken in to custody for possession of a controlled substance, driving without a seat belt, reckless conduct and reckless driving. In an interview a month later, Thug commented on the arrest saying, "I turned at the light and the next thing you know 50 cops was behind me saying I...donuts or some shit. My rims like $7,500 a rim. Why would I hit donuts?"
