When OG Maco first gained national attention for "U Guessed It," most wrote him off as another one-hit wonder. But as people began to revisit his past material and listen to his interviews, many realized the Atlanta rapper was much more than what he appeared to be. OG Maco made a big statement with his Breathe EP, showing he's incredibly thoughtful and provoking as an MC.

OG Maco is still capable of making a banger though as seen on his new track "Ape Shit" produced by Phresh Produce. The track is a thunderous anthem which sees Maco mix in some hyped vocals with a few melodic breakdowns.

Along with the new track, OG Maco has announced a release date for his long awaited The Lord of Rage. The 2015 XXL Freshman will drop the project on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31). It is now being labeled a mixtape instead of an album, so it appears fans will continue to wait for his debut LP. Maco will also head out on a European tour not long after the mixtape's release. Check out the dates below.
