Watch Kendrick Lamar Crash a Wedding Reception

Kendrick Lamar tried to crash a wedding and it didn't go too well. According to TMZ, the Compton rhymer was in a Columbus, Ohio hotel last month, when he and his crew rolled up to a newlywed couple's reception. One of K. Dot's boys captured the moment on video. The clip shows an angry guest who wouldn't let the To Pimp a Butterly creator live. A wedding attendee is seen asking Kendrick's posse whether or not they were there for the wedding, repeating "Who got married?" a few times. All the while, Lamar walks around the reception hall, lost in his own world while Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" plays on the speakers. Apparently someone eventually realized who Kendrick was and everything was cool. Kendrick is featured on Ty Dolla $ign's new track, "LA," alongside Brandy and Fauntleroy James. The song is off Ty's recent debut, Free TC. Earlier this month, the TDE signee brought his third studio album to Terminal 5 in New York City, where XXL caught the show. The West Coast MC performed for a packed house, including hits from his sophomore LP, good kid, m.A.A.d city, as well. This was a successful show, following news of Kendrick performing for a half-empty arena at Powerhouse.
