Looks like Nicki Minaj's latest single has gone platinum. The rapstress announced the news via Instagram along with the release of "Anaconda" on UK iTunes.
"Just released on UK iTunes and is now certified #Platinum in America #Anaconda #PolowDaDon #DaInternz @bigjuice205 on the boards baby!!!!!! #ThePinkPrint 11.24.14," wrote Nicki Minaj on her Instagram page along with the single's artwork.
This is not the first big win for Minaj's new single, as the video for "Anaconda" racked up a whooping 19.6 million views 24 hours after its release, setting a new VEVO record.
Nicki Minaj’s upcoming third studio album, The Pinkprint, will be released on Nov. 24.
