The title of Nicki Minaj's upcoming album The Pink Print is more than a homage to Jay Z. According to the rap star, it will have literal meanings as well. Recently speaking with DJ Semtex of BBC 1Xtra, the Young Money first lady said the album will be model for all female rappers to follow. “I think it’s good sometimes to deactivate yourself from the machine of the industry," she said. "I think I did that. I got enough time to focus and get a new perspective on who I was in relation to the industry, in relation to rap. I am a lot more confident. I really feel like this album will be a blueprint for female rappers to come. That alone should tell you confident I am about the music.”

Nick also spoke on her popular "Chi-Raq" track which has been a remix magnet and the score for a publicized beef. Minaj thinks Game had the best remix verse on the song. “The Game bodied it," said Nicki. "He kinda surprised me. That was one of the most lyrical Game verses I heard in years. I didn’t really expect him to go that crazy on it. That was one that really stood out to me. He was mad. Somebody made him mad or something.”
