Nick Cannon Opens Up About His Divorce With Mariah Carey

Well, this fall hasn't been kind to celebrity couples. While Jay Z and Beyonce are smitten, Wiz and Amber plus Nick and Mariah have been spurned. Despite the negativity associated with divorce, Nick Cannon has taken his fallout pretty well. After getting a huge tattoo of Mariah's name on his back years back, he quickly covered the love mark asap once the word divorce was uttered. He spoke to Extra and gave an update regarding he and Mariah's situationship.

"I’m just taking everything one day at a time, and just being the best person that I can possibly be at the end of the day," Cannon told Extra.

"I just wish her nothing but the best. We’re in contact constantly. You know you might have an off night here and there, but she’s one of the greatest performers and entertainers of our time -- she’s not worried, we’re not worried, we’re just going to keep pushing."
