When you have big time bank, there always seems to be somebody waiting to tap that pocket. Lil Wayne has been learning the hard way recently. According to TMZ, the rapper is being sued by a female model who claims Weezy's clothing company Trukfit used her likeness on a t-shirt without her consent.

The model, Shanise Taylor, alleges in court documents that she posed for a photo shoot in 2011, and she later saw a photo from the session appear on a t-shirt for the Trukfit line. But she never signed off on letting the photo be used or even knew the photo was being used. She also alleges the Trukfit designers Photoshopped the original image to make it look like she wasn't wearing any underwear. She notes in the suit, she would never want her likeness "on apparel associated with misogyny and violence." Taylor has lawyer'd up and is seeking unspecified damages and wants the shirt to be removed from circulation.

Wayne is currently stuck in the middle of a huge lawsuit with his label Cash Money Records, but at the same time has been hit with multiple lawsuits of his own.

In early November it was reported that police had seized property from Wayne’s Miami beach home in relation to $2 million he owed to Signature Group, a private jet company. A week later, a judge ordered Weez to come up off $96,000 that was owed to pyrotechnic company.

The NOLA MC recently released his mixtape No Ceilings 2.
