Jay-Z and Beyonce to Host Obama Fundraiser

Jay-Z and his star wife Beyonce are trying to do their part to make sure President Barack Obama gets reelected. According to the New York Post, the power couple will be hosting a fundraiser for the President on Tuesday, September 18 at the Brooklyn rapper's 40/40 Club in Manhattan. The report says that there will be 100 tickets, set at $40,000 apiece. Both Hov and Obama are said to be scheduled to attend.

Kanye West and co.'s G.O.O.D. Music compilation Cruel Summer set to drop that same day. Maybe some footage of Obama rapping Big Sean's verse to "Clique" will hit the 'net on Wednesday. —Adam Fleischer (@AdamXXL)
