Fans yearning for a Dipset album may have to keep waiting, but for good reason this time.

In a recent interview on Sirius/XM’s Invasion Radio with DJ Green Lantern, Jim Jones said that he and Cam’ron are planning to drop a collaborative album before the Diplomats' comeback LP.

“I think me and Killa’s Fly Boy album will come out right before the Diplomat album,” Capo told Green. “It’s an album that we set out to do years ago, when we first started the Diplomat movement and we was setting up the different albums that were doing under Diplomat Records with Juelz and Cam and going platinum and all that. Me and Cam said we were going to do a Fly Boy album. We call ourselves the Fly Boys. I think I’m pretty fly.” [Watch Above]

During the interview, Jones also revealed more about a proposed Dipset movie that he says is still very much in the beginning stages.

“The movie’s gonna be good,” said Jones about the flick that he first told XXL about on July 11. “We had a couple of meetings – Me and Cam and Zeke, Juelz Santana. The process is everybody writing down the most memorable moments inside of Diplomats’ history, both the good and the bad, and how we managed to be inside the midst of a transition in a period of time where young black kids like us was synonymous for hustling and making money.

“We got a chance to go into music at a very young age and treat that like we was hustling, so it was a little bit crazy,” he continued. “It’s like an action flick.”
