Wondering what the hell Travis Scott is talking about when he refers to "Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight?" Looks like we've got our answer.

Days ago, a video was posted of Travis Scott spinning at the Paris nightclub in Chicago, IL. During his set, he played a full version of one of his new tracks featuring Young Thug and Quavo that seems to be called "Pick Up the Phone," judging by the hook. You can hear it above.

The line in question comes on the last verse from Quavo - "Birds in the trap sing McKnight / Percocet and Codeine please don't take my life," he spits.

The single sounds crazy, and though producers on the song aren't yet known, there's word that Cashmere Cat had a hand in the track. Nonetheless it sounds pretty fucking good. Travis has this unique way of getting everybody on the right song and then putting just enough of his touch onto it to make the song his.

Weeks ago, Lyor Cohen announced that Travis would be dropping his new single with Thug soon. He didn't give a title, and the single is yet to drop, but he very well might have been talking about the song above. Perhaps he didn't mention Quavo because things are a bit weird between Migos and 300 right now. Last year the group claimed they were off the label, and though Quality Music is the group's home, Lyor said in an interview last September that they were still signed to 300.
