Earlier in the week, T.I. posted a video to Instagram cursing out Donald Trump, telling the Republican presidential hopeful that he disagrees with what Trump stands for. With his endorsement fully behind Senator Bernie Sanders, T.I. expanded on his Trump disdain in a recent interview with TMZ, telling a cameraman that he'd prefer anyone who supports Trump to abstain from purchasing his music.

"If he supports all of his actions, I honestly don’t want him to buy my music," he said. "I’d rather he didn’t. That’s not the road that I travel down. Some things is more important than money to me."

The Atlanta rapper has been open with his political opinions recently, and continues his disapproval of Trump and his race-baiting campaign rhetoric. "If he misuse and abuse his power to the point where he use his money and his influence to tell people to do things that are harmful to my people, I just want him to know how frowned upon that is in my community, starting with me," he began. "If I stand on a certain platform and I use my money and my influence to tell all the people that follow me, 'Hey guess what, if you go and hurt those people, I will pay your legal fees. I will take care of you. If you do this for me, I will make sure that you’re straightened out.' If I do that, thats no different than how they view the leaders of some of the organized crime syndicates."

The above quote is in reference to a comment Trump made in which he encouraged his supporters to physically assault those who opposed him, saying, “Knock the crap out of them, would you? Seriously. OK? Just knock the hell — I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees. I promise, I promise.”
