Soulja Boy is facing a new lawsuit after a Las Vegas chauffeur was filmed without permission for a music video. According to The Blast, the Big Soulja rapper hired Kamilah Daily from a transportation company to chauffeur him and his team around the Nevada city during his stay back in February 2017.

Court documents claim that Soulja filmed Daily without consent, and included footage featuring Daily in the music video for "Bling," which has since been removed from YouTube. The footage in question can be found around the 0:50-second mark.

Daily is reportedly seeking unspecified damages, as well as substantial distress and mental anguish caused from being featured in the visuals. Daily also sought an injunction from the rapper in order to prevent him from continuing to distribute the video or footage.

“I am a private person, so I have kept quiet about this whole legal matter with Soulja Boy," Daily said. "This video has circulated throughout social media outlets and was requested to be taken down. The video originally was taken down off one of his YouTube accounts but keeps being reposted over and over again. I have driven A-list celebrities and their families and I never had to go through anything like this with them or had problems.”

Earlier this month, a judge denied Soulja's request to have the case dismissed, as they agree that the hitmaker used Daily's image in the video without permission. The rhymer's legal team is also looking to be dropped from the case after a lack of proper communication between them and Soulja Boy.

Hopefully Soulja and Kamilah Daily can get this case resolved and settled on peaceful terms.
