Soulja Boy Says He’ll Have Biggest Comeback of 2019 When Released From Jail
Soulja Boy is currently calling the Los Angeles Men's Detention Center home while he serves out a 240 day sentence for a probation violation. Despite his bad situation, he has a positive message for fans.
On Sunday (June 2), Big Drako called to check in with his manager Miami Mike and delivered an update for his supporters. "Reporting live from the L.A. County Jail," Soulja started. "I'm just letting all my fans know I'm finna be home real, real soon. The biggest comeback of 2019 continues. It's going down. The album on the way. The shoes on the way. The movie on the way."
He continued, "Shout out to all the fans that been writing me. I been reading all y'all letters. I appreciate it. I'm going on tour. Like I said, the biggest comeback of 2019. Jail? Jail? Come on, man. You know I do this. Shout out to everybody that's been holding me down, come to visit me, putting money on my books. I love all my fans, it ain't over. It's a minor setback for a major comeback."
The Atlanta native was arrested back in April after a judge ruled he had violated his probation when police officers found ammunition in his home during a search in March. Since his arrest, the rapper's house has been robbed and his Instagram account has been hacked. It looks like he is readying himself to do big things when he touches down.
