After people watched the success of Total Slaughter, which featured the likes of Joe Budden, Hollow Da Don, Murda Mook, and Loaded Lux, Snoop Dogg has plans of elevating the battling scene even more. This year, he'll be hosting the BET Awards after a successful crack at it last year. On Instagram, he ensured fans that they would be in a for treat, as he revealed that he's working with Murda Mook on "something real big for the Hip Hop battle scene."

"Me and my nigga Murda Mook fitting to come at you with something real big for the hip-hop battle scene. Be on the lookout," said Snoop.

Snoop reiterated his point on a second clip, proclaiming how major this event is going to be this year.

"Yo Mook, I don't think they heard us," he said. "We about to do the something real big for the hip-hop battle scene. I'm hosting the BET Hip-Hop Awards again this year, but I got something real special planned this time."

The show will take place once again in Atlanta and will be aired Oct. 15.
