If you've seen recent pictures of Rick Ross, you've noticed that he's lost a lot weight. Eighty-five pounds to be exact. In an interview with Good Morning America's Sarah Haynes, he speaks about what motivated him to lose the weight, and how he dropped the pounds.

"Two years ago, I suffered two seizures," said Ross. As a result of those seizures, Ross said that he needed to re-evaluate what he was doing. He talks about the lifestyle changes he made, including cutting back on drinking alcohol, getting more sleep, and getting in more physical activity, including his popular "Rossfit" regimen, his unique twist on Crossfit.
