Is Remy Ma Throwing Shots at Nicki Minaj in Phresher’s “Wait a Minute (Remix)” Video?

Phresher released his "Wait a Minute" remix with 50 Cent and Remy Ma last month, but the song is gaining new attention with the release of its video. Remy's verse seems potentially aimed at Nicki Minaj, a few lines in particular suggesting that she has the rapper in mind.

In her verse, Remy raps, "Will I smoke this bitch? Yes/Probably fail my piss text/Get rid of those fake breasts/And put a vest on this bitch chest." She later adds, "That ghostwriter bout to call her/That lifeline getting shorter." Nicki's ex, Safaree Samuels, said on The Breakfast Club in early 2015 that he wrote rhymes for Nicki, a claim he later backed away from, though just this September, Rah Digga implied the same.

Samuels as well has a diss track aimed at Nicki and her current boyfriend Meek Mill titled "Lifeline" and posted a photo with Remy and Papoose to Instagram last month, writing, "Me and this man have the most in common! Crazy how you can meet some1 for the 1st time amd it feel like you been knew em."

Catch Remy's verse in the above video, which as well features appearances from Uncle Murda, Young M.A. and Maino. Remy and Fat Joe are dropping their Plata o Plomo album on Feb. 10 and are nominated for two Grammys for their hit "All the Way Up."
