Offset will be making another attempt at freedom today (Dec. 4). The Migos rapper will appear in court today in hopes of being released from jail on bond. This will be the fourth time Offset, real name Kiari Cephus, tries to get out. According to TMZ, Cephus claims that the prosecutors evidence regarding a jailhouse brawl he allegedly started do not add up. He claims that video image from inside the jail does not depict a clear image of him and is only 20 seconds long. When he appears in court with his attorney, the "X" rapper will argue that there isn't enough evidence to hold a trial or keep him locked up.

Back in April, the three MCs were arrested on drugs and weapons charges. Although Quavo and Takeoff were released, Offset remained behind bars because of his felonious record. Cephus faced additional charges for battery and causing a riot in a penal institution after the brawl. When he was denied released for the second time, Offset showed his disdain by cursing at the judge. In October, the Atlanta rapper was denied bail a third time. He tried to convince the court that he isn't a gang member in hopes of speeding up his release, but Offset had no luck.
