Offset is a free man. Following his arrest on Friday (July 20), the Migos member was released on Saturday morning (July 21).

As previously reported, the "Ric Flair Drip" MC was pulled over while driving a white 2014 Porsche Carrera in Clayton County, Ga. for making an illegal lane change. Upon a search of the vehicle, officers discovered a handgun and marijuana. Set was then taken into custody and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a weapon during a crime, and possession of marijuana (one ounce or less) and making an improper lane change. The first two charges are felonies.

After spending a night in jail, Set was released on Saturday morning around 10 a.m., according to police records. Shortly afterward, Quavo celebrated his rhyme partner being sprung from behind bars with the tweet: "H E H O M E." Cardi B also posted a photo with the rapper on her Instagram story.

Kulture's dad appears to have an uphill legal battle ahead of him. He acquired a gun charge in 2015. Those charges stem from an incident at Georgia State University where the group was arrested after police found drugs and a gun on their tour bus. Quavo and Takeoff were able to avoid extended jail time, but Offset, being a convicted felon, was denied bail. During his stint in jail, he was hit with another charge of starting a jailhouse riot. Offset and his lawyer, Drew Findling, entered an Alford plea and reportedly accepted five years of probation in the case, though Cardi B denies the rapper is on probation at this time, in her Instagram story.

Adding insult to injury, the same day he was arrested, Offset and his wife Cardi B were sued by The Mark Hotel for an alleged assault of a fan at the 2018 Met Gala.
