Kendrick Lamar's first collaborative shoe with Nike is just days away from releasing, and with many sneakerheads and K.Dot fans anticipating this drop, today Nike has provided the first detailed images of the Cortez Kenny 1 shoe.

Recently worn by the West Coast rapper during his halftime performance at this year's college football championship game, the silhouette pays tribute to Kendrick's fourth and latest studio album, DAMN. Equipped with a white premium leather upper, the sneakers feature hits of gym red on the stitching, Nike logos and the DAMN. branding on the side panels. A black hue is added to the entire tongue and part of the midsole, to complement the sneakers' canvas.

Leaving his former partnership with Reebok in the summer of 2017, Kendrick joined the Nike brand in August of last year. Announcing his venture with the Swoosh with an image of a Cortez sneaker via Twitter, the "Humble" rapper hinted at possible Cortez collab—that will now become a reality in the coming days.

The Nike Cortez Kenny 1 will release on Fri., Jan. 26, on nike.com and at select Nike retailers for a suggested price of $100.
