TIME Magazine held its "TIME 100" Gala on Tuesday night (April 26) and Nicki Minaj, who made the list as an "Icon," was on hand to perform for the guests. Running through a string of hits including "The Crying Game," "Truffle Butter," "Moment 4 Life," "Super Bass" and "Feeling Myself," Nicki dedicated "Anaconda" to two high-profile politicians, though footage of her mentioning them is yet to surface.

"I'm very political and I would like to dedicate a song in the spirit of unity to Joe Biden and Donald Trump," she said. "Who do you think likes the biggest butts? Donald Trump or Joe Biden? Trump?"

Nicki also had a message for all the women in the house, saying "If you don't need a man to buy you a car or a house, make some muthafuckin' noise."

Minaj’s TIME 100 profile was written by Lil Wayne and after he recounts the first time he ever saw Nicki freestyle on a street DVD, he praises her monumental success and says that she “will go down as one of the best to do it in the history of music.”

“I always wanted more for my artists and saw Nicki’s potential from the first moment I laid eyes on her,” wrote Weezy. “She’s reached far beyond everything I would have imagined. Man, she’s so influential and doing all the right things. She’s an icon, a boss and a role model to all these young girls out here on how to do it the right way. Her work ethic speaks volumes and has yielded these results. The scary thing is she’s still going. Ha! Nicki Minaj will go down as one of the best to do it in the history of music.”
