The cold weather plaguing the country will have you thinking otherwise, but believe it or not, festival season is quickly approaching. The Firefly Festival, which will be held in Dover, Delaware from June 18-21, released its lineup this week and hip-hop will be represented with a nice mix of artists. Snoop Dogg, Kid Cudi, Run The Jewels, Dizzy Wright and DJ Mustard will all be performing in some capacity for the huge crowd.

With more artists to be announced, and a headline slot still open, another big-time hip-hop artist could sneak in and based on the way other festival lineups are looking, it's not out of the realm of possibility. Drake will headline both the Governors Ball Music Festival and London's Wireless Festival and Kendrick Lamar will join Drake at the Wireless Fest and at the Sasquatch Festival. Following a huge 2014, Run The Jewels will also be hitting the festival scene. Along with Firefly, RTJ will touch the stage at Sasquatch and at Chicago's Pitchfork Music Festival.

Outside of hip-hop, Firefly will also feature some of the biggest names in rock, pop, electro and alternative music. Kings Of Leon, The Killers, Morrissey, Foster The People, Steve Aoki and Gary Clark Jr. are all scheduled to perform. The festival will be held at the Dover International Speedway and pre sale tickets have already sold out. Early bird, advance and regular tickets will go on sale soon.
