Taylor Gang’s J.R. Donato teams up with Playboi Carti to drop a tribute to A$AP Yams. The Puerto Rican R.Kelly died on January 18, 2015 from acute mixed drug intoxication.

"Word to Yams" though is about getting cash, expensive cars, not trusting women and that's about it. The song doesn't mention Yams' name but one can assume that the topics of the record is what they learned from the A$AP Mob co-founder.

"I ain't worried 'bout no bitch/Thumbing through the check/Boy, money got me sick (money got me)/My Aston got me sick/Cash, cash/My car go fast, fast/Nigga Ferrari smash/Money bags (ay)," Carti raps on the hook. Listen to "Word to Yams" above.

Donato in particular has been on a nice roll. He released his mixtape Why So Serious?, which was inspired by Heath Ledger's portrayal of The Joker in The Dark Knight, in October. The 9-track project featured guest appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Sosamann and Levi Carter.
