Gucci Mane jumps on R&B singer-songwriter Marko Penn's fantastic new song "B2L," which stands for "Back to Life." Penn starts off the record singing about how he's slowly but surely changing his life for the better. "B2L" begins with an awesome ballad then midway through gets crisp trap drums added to give it an extra kick. That's when Big Guwop comes in to deliver his verse.

"When the let me out the Feds I watched my whole world panic/Buying teflon head and getting teflon jackets/Buying bulletproof vest and some bulletproof kakis/And all you pussy ass rappers bought some bulletproof panties," Gucci raps. For Marko, this was a collaboration he couldn't even dream of.

“I sent Gucci the song and he thought it was amazing. He dropped a verse for me and the rest is history” Penn says in an email. “I wanted this song to be my first single off my project because I wanted to show people a different side of me creatively and sonically. When I recorded this song it made me feel like all the bullshit in my life doesn’t even matter. I can overcome anything. Hopefully this song will encourage other people the way it encouraged me.”

Marko Penn earned praise as a songwriter with credits on tracks like Usher's "Stronger" and Ty Dolla $ign's "Juice" and gained attention as an artist with his previous single “Favors.” Both "B2L" and "Flavors" will be featured on Penn’s upcoming project.
