Gashi is back with two new tracks and a two-part music video, released on July 11, that stretch the limits of the YouTube form.

"YouTube Comments," the first song in the video, is a verse-length study of real comments on the Brooklyn rapper's YouTube profile, which he quotes and confronts with a hook that repeats, "You don't look good tryin' to make me look bad."

The visual brings the exercise to life by casting actors, who resemble the profile pictures of accounts quoted in the song, to illustrate the process of hating online. It cuts after Gashi closes his laptop after deciding not to comment back.

Further blurring the lines between the internet and real life, the rhymer is offering a songwriting credit to anyone who comments on the video on YouTube. Credits can be claimed on Gashi's website.

The second half of the video features the new song "Empty Inside," which finds Gashi flexing his vocal chops with a melodic ode to a lover. The clip takes the Albanian-American spitter into the desert, where he cruises the open roads with his girl and sings toward the sky.

Gashi has let loose several videos this year, including "Blame It on the Bag" and the baby goat-featuring "1134."  It's unclear whether these new songs will be featured on a forthcoming project, but Gashi recently tweeted that a new projected titled Stairs 2, a sequel to his 2016 EP, is coming soon.
