Drake's new album Nothing Was The Same continues blazing a trail on the charts, and this week one of its songs sets another Billboard chart record.

Sitting at No. 5 on the Hot 100 this week, "Hold On, We're Going Home" nonetheless bumped from No. 2 to No. 1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay Chart, breaking a tie with Usher for sole possession of the most No. 1's on the chart with 13.

The chart has been in existence for 21 years, and Drake becomes the only lead artist to top the chart with two different songs this year. Previously, "Started From The Bottom" hit No. 1 for a single week this past April.
