Dej Loaf Shows a Different Side in “Me U & Hennessy” Video
Today (April 17), Dej Loaf dropped the video for "Me U & Hennessy," the muted cut from her breakthrough 2014 mixtape, Sell Sole. The stark clip features a solitary Dej throughout, whisking up and down docks and beaches and bedsheets as she ruminates on the subject of the song. The song includes what seems to be a blind cameo from Lil Wayne, whose cracked vocals appear near the video's end. The embattled Louisianan doesn't appear on the original version of the song, though his estranged mentor Birdman and his new protege, Young Thug, are featured elsewhere on Sell Sole.
Watch the video above and be sure to look out for on the new version with Weezy soon.
