Dreamville artist Cozz dropped his debut album, Cozz & Effect, back in October and his album cut "I'm Tha Man" gets the video treatment. The Alex2Tone-directed video shows Cozz with his whole hood behind him as the crew enjoys the sunny skies and Cozz proves, quite emphatically, that he is in fact the muthafuckin' man. The visual is reminiscent of old school West Coast vids like Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg's timeless "Nuthin But A G Thang" that showed the normal day-to-day on the West Coast and made such a big impact despite their simplicity. And, just like Snoop in his "Gin and Juice" vid, Cozz does most of his rhyming while wearing an obscure NHL jersey and chillin' on the block.

Since signing his deal with J. Cole's Dreamville imprint, Cozz has had a major breakthrough. His Cozz & Effect album was received well by critics and fans alike and the 21-year-old rode the success of the project to a five-city tour that hit all the major markets. The Break alum recently popped up on the Los Angeles Leakers' 2015 Draft Picks mixtape. Peep the video above and be sure to cop Cozz & Effect here if you haven't done so already.
