Cardi B brings The Bronx to BET. The 24-year-old rapper hit the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards stage with her New York City flavor to perform her hit song "Bodak Yellow" on Tuesday night (Oct. 10).

DJ Khaled introduced the rap newcomer as the crowd rose to their feet to welcome her to the stage. Dressed in a floor-length fur with pops of neon color, Cardi stepped out of a bodega door, rapping, "Said lil' bitch, you can't fuck with me if you wanted to."

Dudes playing cee-lo, another kicking back on a bench and plenty of fine women dancing with Cardi kept all eyes on the stage. Before finishing off her set, The Bronx native let the fur go and showed off velvet pink pants and a bejeweled bralette.

Cardi's "Bodak Yellow" broke another record this week when the song topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the third week in a row. The accolade means her song is the longest running No. 1 from a solo female rapper in Hot 100 history. "Bodak Yellow" has now surpassed Lauryn Hill‘s “Doo Wop (That Thing),” which previously held the title in 1998.

Watch Cardi B, who earned Best New Hip Hop Artist, Hustler of the Year, Single of the Year for “Bodak Yellow,” Made-You-Look Award (Best Hip-Hop Style) and Best Mixtape for Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 2 at the awards show, prove why she's the hottest in the streets below.
