Next week, news and hip-hop will collide like never before. On Tuesday, Jan. 13, Cent will take over New York Daily News and their Confidenti@l column. Wondering what that entails? 50 will have total control over which stories get written, the photos that get chosen and attend the news meeting.

The South Jamaica, Queens native continues to pile on the business titles. After striking a lucrative underwear deal with Frigo RevolutionWear and earning a second season for his executive-produced Starz's hit series Power, 50 can now add journalist to his long list of many hats. He's expected to dish all the behind the scenes gossip and news from Sunday's Golden Globes and the Television Critics Association press tour. Editors at New York Daily News are also hoping some of 50 Cent's friends will join in on the excitement too, like his ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler.

"Tables are turning on Tuesday at the New York Daily News, I'll be choosing the content!" 50 said in a statement to Billboard. "Everyone better get ready."

It wouldn't be fun unless fans could get involved, which is why readers will have the opportunity to send in questions here to have a live chat with 50 Cent. The live chat will take place  Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. ET., while Twitter users can tweet him with the hashtag #NYDNChat.
