50 Cent Flexes for Muscle & Fitness

50 Cent’s abs will grace the cover of Muscle & Fitness soon, reports The New York Post.

The workout junkie was spotted shooting the cover for the magazine last week at a gym in New York City.

Before I Self Destruct, 50’s fourth studio album, will finally drop next month (November) after being bumped in 2007 for Curtis, and again from it’s expected 2008 release date. It’s now officially scheduled to drop on November 23, 2009. –Brooklyne Gipson
