A day after teasing a new track with Nicki Minaj, Atlanta rapper Young Thug surprises fans with a new EP titled Hear No Evil, today (April 12).

Coming in at only three tracks, the project is brief but packs a punch. Each song has a star guest appearance as the aforementioned Nicki track titled "Anybody" serves as the intro song, 21 Savage makes a cameo on "Now" as well as Lil Uzi Vert on "Up." The project does not contain the Childish Gambino collab Thug teased earlier this month. Production-wise, Southside, DJ Spinz, Rex Cudo and Charlie Handsome hold it down.

The release of the new project contradicts a statement Thugger made earlier this year when he claimed he would not drop any music in honor of his deaf brother. “I got a deaf brother," he explained in an interview in February. "I got a brother that can't hear, so I want to act deaf for a year. I ain’t going to put out no music this year.”

Instead, it looks like he decided to drop new music in honor of his brother, as the title and artwork for the project imply.
