Young Scooter, Future and Young Thug Are Dropping a Mixtape Together
After dropping his Jugg King album in July, it appears Young Scooter is now gearing up for another project.
On Wednesday (Oct. 18), the Atlanta rapper revealed he would be teaming up with Future and Young Thug for an upcoming mixtape. "#STREETLOTTERY4 FEATURING @1future @youngthug ON THE WHOLE TAPE GONE BE CRAZY 🐍🐍🎥🔥🔥🔥," he tweeted. A rep for Scooter confirmed to XXL the whole tape features all three artists.
While Young Scooter didn't reveal any more information about the upcoming project, the rappers have collaborated in the past. Recently, Scooter teamed up with Future on the song "Can't Play Around" and linked up with Thugger on the track "Cook Up."
The songs were featured on Young Scooter's latest album, which also included guest appearances from YFN Lucci, Meek Mill, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Don Q, TK Kravitz, Young Dolph, Trouble, VL Deck and Waka Flocka Flame.
Young Scooter previously spoke to XXL about his recording process, revealing he doesn't create songs for specific projects. "I just do it and whichever fits whichever mixtape then that’s how we pick the songs," he said. "I make songs every day, at least like three, four songs every day, because I don’t write no music. So it's easy for me to go into a booth and do a song. When you writing you thinking about too much shit. In the studio my mind thinks faster; I’m not trying to think about too much shit. I’m just rapping my life and what I see."
