Waka Flocka Flame Drops “Trap My Ass Off” and “Circles” Plus “Big Dawg” Video

As fans wait patiently for Waka Flocka Flame‘s long-awaited album, Flockaveli 2, the Atlanta native drops two new songs and a video. The two new songs, “Trap My Ass Off” and “Circles” featuring Derez DeShon, aren't confirmed to be on the upcoming album, but both records are bangers.

“Trap My Ass Off” is more of the usual Waka sound that made him a star today; hard-hitting drums and crazy amounts of energy. “Circles” has a more mature vibe to it, with Derez DeShon supplying the hook while Flocka raps about his struggles to get to where he is now.

The video for "Big Dawg" finds Waka surrounded by women. In a dress shirt and a tie, Waka raps about why he's one of the OGs in hip-hop. The original song was released back in April.

Flockaveli 2 is supposed to come out today (Oct. 5). Back in July, Waka Flocka Flame announced the release date to his fans on Snapchat. Hopefully it actually comes out tonight.

Waka initially announced the project would drop back in October 2013, following the release of his 2012 sophomore album, Triple F Life: Fans, Friends & Family. In February 2015, he claimed the album would drop in June of that year, but by April of that year, he said that his record label, Atlantic, was holding back the LP.
