Polo G

Polo G is among a peerless class of artists who rose to prominence during the latter half of the SoundCloud era, known as the time from 2015 to 2019. Before achieving commercial success, the Chicago native used SoundCloud as a vehicle to get his music heard. Songs like "Gang with Me," "Welcome Back" and "Neva Cared" racked up millions of plays on the audio and streaming platform. In 2019, Polo broke through with his braggadocious track "Pop Out" featuring Lil Tjay. The success of the single led to Polo's signing with Columbia Records. That same year, he released his debut opus, Die a Legend, which reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart. The LP boasts two standout tracks: "Through da Storm" and "Dyin' Breed."

In 2020, Polo delivered The Goat, his second project that includes the rap ballad "Martin & Gina," an homage to the 1990's TV sitcom Martin, and the solemn track "Heartless" featuring Mustard. He followed up a year later with Hall of Fame, a star-studded collection with guest appearances from Lil Durk, Nicki Minaj, DaBaby, Lil Wayne and more. That LP became the first No. 1 album of his career. Additionally, the project's lead single, "Rapstar," helped garner him his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Currently, Polo G is focused on being the CEO of his new record label, Only Dreamers Achieve (ODA), with his flagship artist Scorey. Polo's goal is to create a legacy for himself, and he's well on his way.
