Stik Figa is slated to drop his new album Central Standard Time on Friday, Jan 27. Today (Jan. 26), the Kansas MC unleashes a music video for "Cold," which will come in at track four on the project.

Throughout the two-and-a-half minute, Morgan Cooper-directed clip (which can be viewed above), Stik Figa gives the fans a tour of his native Topeka, Kansas. Rocking Polo pajamas and Nike slides, Stik Figa spits his heart out over an infectious, L'Orange-produced instrumental. "No XXL but excel in the booth/Put beats in the coffin and nails in the roof," Stik Figa raps.

According to the video's YouTube description, Stik Figa wanted to portray his hometown of Topeka for what it really is. "A town of unspoken divisions and unassuming landmarks," he states. "From my childhood hangouts to the grocery store where my mother used to ask me to run and grab cornmeal, to the corner of 11th and Jewell in the central Topeka neighborhood we used to hang out at after school."

He continues, "Everyone in the video is an actual friend of mine. I wanted to take everyone to the Kansas I know, hoping to scrub the Hollywood cliches of yellow brick roads, and show you the actual people who love their pit bull and car, just like you."

Central Standard Time drops tonight at midnight. The project features nine tracks with features from Elzhi, Homeboy Sandman, Quelle Chris, and Rappin 4-Tay. Speaking of Elzhi, you can check out his interview with XXL from back in April 2016 right here.

Production will be handled by Black Milk, Apollo Brown, L'Orange, !llMind, Exile. You can pre-order the album now for $8.99 via iTunes, or wait to cop when it officially relases.
