Soulja Boy is still on his promo run as he continues to make it known that he is the forefather of this current rap generation. For this convo, Big Drako claims that he's responsible for Quavo and Travis Scott's 2017 joint album Huncho Jack album coming to fruition.

"Quavo met Travis Scott at my house," Soulja said when he stopped through L.A.'s 92.3 to appear on Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Wednesday night (Jan. 23). "[Quavo] was like 'Who this little weird nigga is on the couch?' I'm like 'Boy, that's Kanye West artist. You better get in tune. That's Travis Scott.' Fast forward to today we got Huncho Captain Jack - whatever collab album. That wouldn't had happened without me!"

At other points of the interview, Soulja bragged that he created the model for artists becoming big off streaming platforms.

“I’m a legend, bruh. I put all of these artists on,” he boasted. “I set the blueprint, If it wasn’t for me there wouldn’t be no Apple Music, Spotify, none of that. All of those streaming services is based behind Soulja Boy and the blueprint that I set.”

Soulja Boy also talked about his influence on 6ix9ine, his successful video game console and his new album, which, he says, record labels are currently bidding for. Check out the interview below.
