The Secret Service May Save Chris Brown From Jail Time

Looks like the secret service is not only protecting the president, they're also looking out for Chris Brown too. According to TMZ, another witness of Breezy's alleged assault has come forth, a Secret Service agent claiming that Brown didn't put hands on the supposed victim after all.

TMZ reports that the official documents cite that the victim stated to cops that Chris Brown never hit him. Although the cop denies ever speaking with this victim, a Secret Service agent who happened to be patrolling the area at the time assures he "heard the victim's admission to the cop that Chris never struck him."

If Chris gets convicted on the misdemeanor assault charges it could likely violate his probation, leaving him to face up to four years in jail.
