Congrats are in order for Robb Bank$. The Broward County, Fla. rapper has officially signed to Cash Money/Major Entertainment.

The deal was rumored after Bank$ posted an Instagram video with Birdman earlier this week, in which Bank$ puts his arm around Baby and says, "2017 takeover. Cash money, nigga." You can view that clip above.

Today (Jan. 5), Bank$' deal is confirmed. The partnership is a joint venture with Birdman and Universal Records.

In other Robb Bank$-related news, the C2: Death of My Teenage MC is working on his debut studio album, FALCONIA. Additionally, the 22-year-old is getting ready to headline his Death of My Teenage Tour, which kicks off Jan. 11 in Seattle, Wash.

Also, Bank$ implied on Twitter today (Jan. 5) that he recruited Young Thug for the remix to "Innadat," a standout track from the aforementioned C2: Death of My Teenage mixtape.

Back in 2012, XXL interviewed Robb Bank$ for The Break. At the time, the South Florida artist said his goal in hip-hop is "to be the best, always stay true, and not forget where I came from. Florida made me, and I feel like its overlooked. All people see when they look at Florida is King of Diamonds, and Disney World. I’m not familiar with either, I don’t go to clubs and throw racks."

He continued, "I’m not even from Dade, I’m from Broward. That’s where I was raised so thats what I’m gonna put on my back. The world needs to know that the South ain’t a game, shit real down here, and thats what I try to show in my music."
