Rick Ross’s God Forgives, I Don’t Album Leaks

Rick Ross’ highly-anticipated God Forgives, I Don’t album has leaked.

Rozay’s fifth studio album, which is scheduled for a July 31 release, leaked to the Internet on Wednesday (July 25), a full six days before its official drop date.

The Bawse acknowledged the leak, tweeting:

The leak probably made the decision to officially release album cuts such as “Sixteen,” featuring Andre 3000 and “Diced Pineapples,” featuring Drake and Wale, a whole lot easier.

The former record has Rozay and 3000 rapping lengthy verses over a super smooth J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League production, both stating that 16 bars ain’t enough. The track runs eight minutes.

“How the fuck can I squeeze my whole life in a 16-bar verse?” the MMG Bawse asks.

The latter joint stemmed from Rozay eating “Diced Pineapples” every morning for the three weeks following the seizures he suffered months back, a story he recounted with MTV recently. In turn, the sweet chopped fruit serves as a metaphor for that special lady that the Bawse could wake up to every morning. It’s a concept that Wale and Drake, who manages hook duties on the cut, buy into and excel at pretty remarkably.

“Pirates” is a scathing street record, while “10 Jesus Pieces” has Ross spitting lines like, “10 chains on Eric B with mob ties/Rakim flows coming from the Pharcyde.”

Overall, Rozay is in all his splendor, as evidenced by his tweets this morning, despite the leak.

After hash-tagging each individual song off the album, Rozay went on to state how the LP is sure to give fans that cinematic feel.
