Rick Ross’ Next Goal Is To Go Platinum

Rick Ross isn’t happy with his current success. While his recent album Mastermind has sold 290,000 copies and has even reached No. 1 on the charts its not enough because he has yet to reach the one thing he’s chasing.

"Just executing that platinum album out the gate," Ross told DJ Skee would be the thing he needs. "I just feel like it's still s**t I gotta do," he said. "In that moment, I just wanna execute one of those joints. I think that most definitely (would) be something that's real cool."

So far the rapper has managed to have six certified gold albums and is now expanding his brand outside of music and into the realm of film with his recently formed Maybach Films.

"We just finished writing our first film,” said Rozay. "We'll be giving you a lot more details about it real soon, but we just putting the final touches on this movie, which we plan on filming before the year's out.
