Rich The Kid still might be in the infancy of his music career, but the Atlanta rapper is already making some big moves. The 300 Ent. artist has announced the start of his own record label called Rich Forever Music. Rich The Kid also has his first artist for the label as the Atlanta native signed Chicago rapper Famous Dex.

Famous Dex might not be in the national conversation just yet, but the young rapper seems poised to blow up soon. The Chicago native's videos are racking up millions of views on YouTube as he's become quite popular on the web.

As for Rich The Kid, a record label seems like a natural move for an artist who grinds as hard as he does. The dabbing connoisseur recently told Complex about how he's been able to work with so many artists during his short time in the rap game.

"Everybody realized how hard I work," Rich said. "I deserve it. When real n---as link up, that’s just how it goes. Like you said I’m the hardest working in Atlanta, everyone else says that too [when I meet them]. It’s just about time that my time comes. Everything is going good for me right now. Most of the time [when I meet another rapper], they already know my songs. YG already knew “Coupe Goin Crazy,” because that’s a real West Coast sounding song. Wiz Khalifa is like my brother, he’s a real n---a. I remember watching him come up, and when I finally met him he recognized my hustle, too. That’s the difference between just making music and having a personal relationship with someone."

That ability to connect with artists should bode well for Rich The Kid's new venture as a record label executive.
