The now-ubiquitous Dabbin' Dance has been the latest dance craze exploding out of Atlanta in the past few months, with Migos, Skippa Da Flippa, Future and Metro Boomin all spotted doing the move. It's become so famous so quickly now, with so many people trying to jump on the trend, that OG Maco and Migos—both members of the same Quality Control Music collective—got into a Twitter argument about who actually started the craze. (Essentially, both agreed that Skippa Da Flippa started the dance, making the argument confusing in both its beginning and its outcome.)

Today, fellow QC signee Rich The Kid dropped a video with Andy Milonakis—most recently seen popping up in videos with Chief Keef and Fredo Santana—that stands as a tutorial of sorts, with Rich providing the steps and teaching Milonakis how to correctly do the dance. Check out the video above, get your mind into the right state and try out the dance for yourself (Hint: it involves sneezing).
