Raekwon has been vocal in his support for Drake's "Wu-Tang Forever" track off Nothing Was The Same, and he told MTV that he'll be getting on the track's remix alongside U-God, Masta Killa and Cappadonna.

"I ain't get a chance to bust my joint off yet, but I talked to Drake, and we're gonna get to it," Rae said while on the set for Troy Ave's music video for "New York City." "It just was like, we were on the road, things were happening so quick. Some brothers were able to go in there and smash out, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to get there yet, but it's gonna happen though."

There's been little word about to what degree other Clan members may be involved in the remix—which Drake is spearheading—though Inspectah Deck, for one, has revealed that he won't be involved. Raekwon, however, did not see the song in the negative light that Deck did. "At the end of the day, regardless of what we were mentioned in a great way," continued the Chef. "[Drake] named the title of his song after brothers, so however you did it, at the end of the day, it's still love, it's still respect there. I still thought the record was a great record, regardless of what. It ain't nothin' rude about the record, nothin' disrespectful, it's all love."
