Pusha-T’s Unreleased Verse for Rick Ross’ “Maybach Music VI” With Lil Wayne Surfaces: Listen
Pusha-T's missing verse from Rick Ross' "Maybach Music VI" has been found.
On Thursday night (Aug. 8), Audiomack dropped the version of the song that Ross initially told his fans about prior to the album's release. Once Ross and Lil Wayne rap their verses, Pusha pulls up with his own ruthless bars.
“For every 100 thousand dollar chain I see, on a thousandaires neck that I dare not be/Young niggas, old niggas you all the same to me/Just one slick tweet from treading dangerously/Rare form, airborne like Claiborne/Been fly like a runway was cleared for him," Pusha raps.
This version of the record doesn't appear on Rozay's album Port of Miami 2. Yet, according to Pusha-T's fashion consultant Michael Camargo, also known as Upscale Vandal, Push apparently gave the green light to have his anticipated verse appear on Ross' buzzworthy song.
Ross first spoke about the possibility of helping Pusha-T and Lil Wayne squash their beef over two weeks ago. Rozay hit up his Instagram Live to reveal a few gems about the album to his fans.
“I would love to see my niggas shine again, together… And like I said, it may not happen on ‘Maybach Music VI,’ but I love my niggas anyway and it ain’t about that, it’s just about them niggas being great, living life, moving on," Ross said on his Instagram Live on July 23.
Port of Miami 2 is currently in store now, but you can listen to Pusha-T's verse in "Maybach Music VI" below.
