PnB Rock serves up another single from his upcoming double album, Trap Star Turnt Pop Star, delivering the new banger, "ABCD (Friend Zone)," on Friday (June 20).

On the Philly rhymer's new track, he shells out choppy lines over a dreamy, yet trappish, instrumental from Tariq Beats and Hitmaka. Rock relays bars about keeping clear of the dreaded friend zone. "Met her in the A, told her, 'buy a B'/I just wanna see, she just want the D/Miss me with the friend zone, ooh/Miss me with the friend zone, ooh," he repeats on the chorus.

The entertainer's trust issues with the opposite sex are on full display during the verses. "Can't trust nobody, not just anybody/Gotta watch my back, I'm not just anybody," he rhymes. "Just play for me/Girl it's a movie/I can't waste no time/I wanna make you mine/I want more than conversations/I don't know how you could take it."

The new song comes on the heels of the single, "Nowadays," which dropped last week and finds the former XXL Freshman reminiscing about his come up. PnB's new album is set to showcase his melodic side and trap origins on a two-part offering.

The rap-crooner has been spreading his brand in 2018. After spending some of the winter on the Catch These Vibes Tour with Lil Baby, he's been steadily putting out new material including "Crazy" with 50 Cent and the platinum XXXTentacion collab, "Changes."

Trap Star Turnt Pop Star is due out this fall.
