OMB Peezy has just dropped off a gift bag's worth of good news for fans. Last week (May 4), the Alabama-born rapper announces the title of his new album before unloading his poignant new song and visual, "Soulja Life Mentality."

First up is the name of Peezy's debut LP, which is going to be titled Loyalty Over Love, and his new song, "Soulja Life Mentality," is going to be on it.

"Soulja Life Mentality" is a cut that finds Peezy addressing the ills of systemic injustice and police brutality. "My mind racing, wanna be patient/But I can't relax/Police racist, I just can't take it/I'm riding with racks," the Sick Wid It artist spits over the Tasha Catour-produced cut.

The video for Peezy's latest single is even more thought-provoking. In the visual, which was directed by Alfy, Peezy is picked up by officers even though he apparently hasn't been doing anything. As he makes clear on the song, he'd never return to a life of crime now that he enjoys the spoils of being a rap star. It's a gripping video you definitely have to peep for yourself.
