There have been reports that Nick Cannon has officially moved on from his ex-wife Mariah Carey. Cannon was spotted holding hands with a new woman in Disneyland. The woman Cannon was spotted with was Sherise (Reese) Cromwell, the founder of THINK Reese, a jewelry, swimwear and apparel line.
