Who would of thought we would still be talking about the Rick Ross and 50 Cent beef in 2014? Five years later, Curtis Jackson may lose a lot more than fifty cents from his infamous beef with The Bawse.

According to the New York Daily News,  yesterday (January 2nd,)  a judge denied the G-Unit rapper’s request to have a 2010 lawsuit filed by Lastonia Leviston thrown out.

The defendant is suing the Queens-native for allegedly releasing full face footage of her and her at the time boyfriend, Maurice Murray, having sex.

Hip-hop historians remember the infamous video of "Pimpin' Curly" photoshopped with Leviston, who was Rick Ross’s ex-girlfriend. Since the clip was released at the height of their feud, it received well over three million hits.

The victim is suing 50 Cent for an undisclosed amount for unlawfully releasing the footage without her consent and also claims she’s been suffering mental and emotional distress ever since. To the rapper's defense, he denies being the culprit who leaked the video.
