Back in September, Pusha T announced that Migos had signed a management deal with G.O.O.D. Music. Now, in a new interview on Sway in the Morning, Migos clarify that they are not affiliated with Kanye West's record label.

During the 25-minute interview (which can be viewed above), Sway asks the Atlanta rappers about the G.O.O.D. Music situation. Quavo responds that there were discussions about a management deal, but nothing was ever officially completed.

At the 14:45-mark of the conversation, Migos start freestyling over several different beats. Of course, whoever's not on the mic at a given moment is contributing with one of Migos' signature ad-libs.

The entire clip is worth watching, as Migos discuss their impending album CULTUREdropping Friday, Jan. 27, and talk about visiting Lagos, Nigeria. Toward the end of the video, Lawrence Fishburne stops by the studio and says what's up to Offset, Quavo and Takeoff.

In other Migos-related news, the hip-hop trio just earned their first-ever platinum plaque thanks to the success of "Bad and Boujee." On the day their album drops, they'll be performing in New York City. The following day, on Saturday, Jan. 28, Migos will visit New York University to host a culture class.
