L.A.’s rising rap star Micky Munday delivers a record that will have you on your feet titled “Bye Felicia” featuring fellow California artists Y2 and IAMxLOVE. The Friday-inspired track is a banger and is produced by award-winning producer Knotch. The track serves as a preview of Micky Munday's forthcoming project.

“Bye Felicia” is an ode to how Micky’s career has taken off since he started taking it seriously at age 17. Micky, fellow LA rhymester/songwriter Y2and San Diego native IAMxLOVE decided to tell the rest of the rap game, “Bye Felicia.”  a

“We were playing around with creating the hook and were inspired by the Friday movie theme,” said Micky Munday. “We wanted to make the sound a collaborative mesh of what’s going on today. It was a dope way for all of three of us to work together.”

Munday is currently in the studio working on his upcoming new mixtape titled W.E.A.L.T.H. (Wanting Everything And Leaving This Hell). The forthcoming project is a follow up to his last project Back to Work hosted by DJ Don Cannon. The L.A. native plans to drop a video for “Bye Felicia” very soon and his second single later in the year.
